Verity Walker has been acting as guest curator at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Edinburgh on a new and ground-breaking concept called the Living Guest Book. 

The newly-refurbished hotel will be showcasing 20 items donated by regular guests and staff in a display of memories of significant moments relating to the hotel and their experience of to Scotland.  These will be exhibited and then archived photographically online, with the display changing monthly as fresh items are offered.

Each item displayed has a brief story alongside it.

Items given for the launch exhibit include a pair of Sheraton tartan trousers - and a chip fork and sachet of ketchup and brown sauce! 

These will be viewed by hundreds of guests attending the Sheraton's launch event in April 2012
